Returns
- Once your purchase is confirmed, your order cannot be modified.
(your order goes directly to production and it will not be possible to change color, texture or personalization) - No refunds are made once the purchase has been made.
- If the product has a factory defect, it can be exchanged.
- Once the product is delivered, you have 7 days to file a claim or warranty claim; otherwise, the company will not be held responsible.
Pay
Payment by credit and/or debit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted through a bank validation server using the PayPal or Mercado Pago international digital system.
Payment Transaction and Order Reservation
If the consumer made payment by credit or debit card, Santa Phia will request authorization from the card processing company to charge the total amount of the purchase, which is indicated on the order summary page. If the consumer's credit or debit card is not authorized, the purchase cannot be completed.
The consumer acknowledges and agrees to pay Santa Phia the total amount of the products, prior to the consumer receiving them.
Billing
If you wish to receive an invoice for your purchase, you must request it at the time of payment, providing your complete tax information and email address. We will send the invoice electronically (PDF and XML) to the email address you provide.
Please note that, in accordance with current legislation, Value Added Tax (VAT) of 16% of the purchase price will be applied when issuing an invoice. This tax is not included in the price shown on our website, so you must pay it additionally when requesting an invoice.
