Shipping Policies
- It is IMPORTANT that your shipping information includes your complete address information (name, phone number, street, house number, neighborhood, zip code, references, city and state)
- Shipping is handled by Estafeta, FedEx, and DHL Express, and takes 2 to 5 days depending on your area. (This information refers only to shipping, as there is also a production time.)
- If there is any delay due to the parcel service, it is beyond the brand's control.
- In case of loss or damage to the item by the courier, the item will be replaced with a new one. The replacement time depends on the product's stock.
Product delivery
Once the consumer receives the "Order Sent" email, the order will be delivered via the third-party courier company designated by the subcontracted company within the timeframe established by the subcontracted company. The courier company will make three (3) delivery attempts. If the package is returned to the Santa Fe headquarters, the second guide generated to resend the package will be charged.
If the consumer wishes to track the shipment of their order, they can do so using the tracking number provided in the "Order Sent" email from the subcontracted courier company.
In the event that the data provided by the client is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible.
